Previous teaching experience is a plus, but not required. We train all newly hired instructors how to teach youth, and a weekly curriculum is provided. Our Karate program combines martial arts/karate/ self-defense instruction with safety awareness education. We teach phvsical and verbal self-defense skills effective against bullies and strangers, and a full range of martial arts techniques necessary for belt ranking purposes.
