We are looking for qualified construction equipment and diesel engine repair technicians/mechanics to service and repair Bobcat equipment at our TRIANGLE EQUIPMENT COMPANY location conveniently located adjacent to RDU airport. RESPONSIBILITIES • Perform all types of service and repairs to Bobcat loaders and excavators. QUALIFICATIONS • Competency to perform all types of service and repairs to Bobcat loaders and excavators. • Background in electrical and hydraulic systems. • Working knowledge of computers. • You must have your own tools. • We will consider trainees. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS • $2500 signing bonus! • We offer a very competitive base wage plus a number of monthly billing incentives that could add up to an additional $9 per billed hour. • Annual profit sharing program. • Full benefit package including health insurance, paid vacation and a 401K program. • Paid vacation. • We work Monday - Friday (40 hours), so our staff can have quality family and leisure time. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION • The service shop is fully climate-controlled to provide a year-round, comfortable work environment. • We have exhaust drops and painted floors to keep the air as clean as possible. • We have always had very low shop staff turnover and many of our service team members have been with the company 15-26 years.
