High School or GED, able to follow a cleaning schedule, Monday - Thursday 9 - 3. 24 hours per week. Cleaning a very large commercial complex. Common areas only - to include all hallways, all stairways, bathrooms, management office. Knowledge of common cleaning products, dry and wet mopping, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming and windows cleaning as necessary. Able to lift 20 pounds. Candidate must be able to climb stairs and be on their feet. Keeps supply closet in a neat orderly fashion and can communicate supply needs when necessary. Must be self motivated and able to initiate. Works independently.
