NYS's stupid gun laws, the ones that NYS AG ( racist, black supremacist & baby killer) letitia james, and very soon to be ex-governor hochul the jokel refer to in their propaganda obligations, are ILLEGAL. Common sense gun laws would impose STRICTER PENALTIES on perps who possess a gun in the commision of a crime. THAT is a common sense gun law. If there is ONE place where anyone ( except a convicted felon/democrat) should be allowed to have a gun, it is in THEIR HOME!
