We will host our November Move & Meditate Event indoors at the breathtaking Fairmount Park Horticulture Center at their indoor greenhouse. You will be surrounded by nature in a warm environment. We will take a journey to reconnect with ourselves through meditation and journaling. After which, we will embrace sacred acoustic movement while embracing the art of letting go. You will be provided with breakfast and a unique Move & Meditate experience that you won’t want to miss.
