The Wisconsin Center District expansion is underway, slated for completion in 2024. As the main site for our State’s conventions, this $420 million project is one of the largest happening in Wisconsin right now. This project was approved right before the COVID-19 shutdowns and has proceeded on pace ever since.  Join us as we hear from Wisconsin Center District CEO, Marty Brooks, on the project's progress, planning, and projected impact on Milwaukee and the Region.  Hear about the twists and turns along the way and how the commercial real estate community, broadly, will benefit from this major development.
