Must be willing and able to:
Arrange and set up beverages, beverage mixes and supplies in an efficient and professional
manner according to standing operating procedure
Complete all side work when and as assigned
Prepare ingredients needed for recipes of mixed beverages
Safely use equipment and utensils as prescribed in preparation of beverages
Prepare beverages according to prescribed recipes including alcohol content
Use proper method according to standing operating procedure to ensure exact alcohol pour measure
Communicate cordially, clearly and effectively with owner and coordinator
Communicate with guests in a friendly, courteous and service oriented manner
Relate to guests pleasantly and with good humor
Perform varied duties to ensure all aspects of bar service according to standing operating procedure
