Event Info:Do you ever get so caught up in the excitement of the holidays that you forget to take care of your body and mind? We know how it goes, so for this event we will be featuring 3 of our community experts to share their knowledge of how to keep your mind, body and spirit in check this holiday season. We are so excited to have a goal of raising $500 for a scholarship for the Florida Association of Nonprofits.
