Description
Tank is a neutered 3 yr old black and white Pitbull with Razors Edge/Gotti bloodlines. He has a High Prey drive and is 75lbs of muscle! Looks small but packs a punch! We’ve had him since he was a pup (8wks) He was well socialized up until he was a year old and then he started fighting with our other pack members. Oldest male and youngest female in an attempt to be the leader. We didn’t know it would end up this way and it’s killing me to put up this add! I’m not one to give my dogs away when a problem arrives but this problem is just too big for us and not fixable! He needs to be by himself with an owner dedicated to improving his reactivity with other dogs or whom is happy to just to have him stay in the safety of his own fenced yard. Either way works depending on your lifestyle! There are a few requirements that are very important to having him!! *You must be a strong Alpha type or he’ll walk all over you! Be strong but gentle! *You must have a 6ft wooden fence with plenty of room for his exercise! He’s currently on 1/3 acre. * Must have no other pets with the possible exception of chickens that are well fenced in! (He’s grown up with chickens and won’t sit and stalk the fence) If they fly out they’ll be dinner! *No kids! Has not been around them since he was a pup! *Absolutely No Dog Parks!!! *Must own your own home! *Working from home would be ideal or have a split work schedule with other members of the family so he’s not home alone for more than 4hrs. *Must be knowledgeable about Pitbulls either had one in the past or have handled them. They’re very smart and strong!! *I’ve mentioned not having any pets especially cats he will kill them! So please adhere to this requirement! Just being upfront and honest! * I would like to do a home visit twice if you’re in my top 5 (if I even get that many responses) Once without Tank and once with him to make sure you’re the right fit! I absolutely love Tank with all my heart and he has to be placed where he’s going to be comfortable and live out the rest of his life. If for any reason you decide it’s not working for you I’ll take him back no questions asked. *He’s up to date on all vaccines! He gets nervous at he vet and will require a straight shot into the room with no other dogs in the lobby. He currently goes to Brookswood animal clinic and they’re great with him! I would like to keep that ongoing for him. Familiarity on both sides is important! *fence lines can’t be shared with neighboring dogs. He will break boards. If you’re interested or have any further questions feel free to email me! Thanks for your time!
