Love Sacramento: E2 Outreach + xHope (Christmas Baskets)

xHope supports foster/adopt children, at-risk youth and teens aging out of the foster care system by advocating and partnering with various organizations to continue meeting the immediate, as well as ongoing needs of these children, by providing hope, love and mentorship. During this event we will be creating Christmas baskets that will be distributed locally to elementary school-aged children. Each basket will contain a pair of pajamas, a stuffed animal, and a blanket, as well as a handmade card. We are also asking that volunteers help with clean up at the end of this project. This event is kid-friendly! Be sure to join us first at 8am at E2 Church in the auditorium for our volunteer kick-off rally before heading to your project! If you already have a teal E2 Outreach t-shirt, please plan on wearing it for the day.
