We could call this class 'a celebration of style', and it is also an exploration of outer and inner rhythms. As a celebration of style, we will blend and connect various techniques into a flowing and seamless experience for the recipient. Rhythm is an integral part of the experience and we will work with and understand rhythmic constructs incorporating them into the massage flow. Beyond this, we will look at the technique of exploring inner rhythms, where we will seek to integrate breath with internal rhythmic pulses unique to the person on the table. Dress comfortably.
