Insured Contractor for Drywall Demo

Hi, I'm looking for someone who can get me an additional insured certificate to come do some demo about 10-20ft off the ground inside the first floor of our house. Mostly just drywall (dry) and insulation that will need to come out but would also like some duct work taken down. Debris can be taken outside to the street. Trane air handler probably works if you want it. Looking for someone with availability within the next week or so (sooner the better) who can get me the insurance info. I also have another larger drywall job up the street if you hang and finish drywall. If interested please let me know why you are the guy(s) for the job and what you charge per day or estimate for what you see pictured. Bonus if you can take credit card or Paypal but not required.
