Enjoy an evening of community and celebration as we welcome Ben Castillo (he/him/his), Food Network's "Halloween Cookie Challenge" 2022 winner, Ben Castillo! Ben will sit down with MPC's Executive Director, Jennifer McQueen (she/her/hers), for an intimate interview as Ben opens up about his life-altering accident, the difficulties and reality and mental wellness struggles, how baking saved his life, coming out, and what it's really like behind the scenes of reality television! Be ready to feel all the feels and be inspired! Then Ben will give us a holiday cookie decorating demonstration that you can copy at home to impress all of your guests this season! Ben will also get to try his hand out as a cookie decorating judge when we randomly select 3 audience members (names will be drawn from voluntary entries) to come on stage and participate in a cookie decorating challenge themselves for a prize! Guests will also have an opportunity to participate in a silent auction which includes specially decorated cookies from Ben and other community treasures. *Doors open at 6:15pm *Concessions available for sale
