Building automation and other management systems produce massive amounts of data. FDD and analytics aim to take this data and reduce it to actionable items and relevant performance indicators. How can facilities apply these tools to better leverage building and equipment data so energy efficiency is present throughout the lifecycle? A vision for fault detection and analytics is the key to transforming data to actionable value from the design of your building through a change of use. The following presentation will cover the following: Part 1: Design and Construction - What does your OPR say regarding energy efficiency and Commissioning? - What KPIs should be considered and what steps should be taken when? - How can Fault Detection be used for Functional Testing/Warranty Period and lay the foundation for an efficient building? Part 2: Collaborative Commissioning using your FDD and Analytics Data - How to leverage data as your building evolves - Setting Goals and sticking to them Part 3: A Case Study: we will then discuss the application of FDD software at several large health care organizations in Florida and Pennsylvania.
