Project Beacon/NUIHC Omaha celebrates Native American heritage month by hosting a 4 week series titled, "Four Generations of Prevention", which will address how to prevent our Native American/ Alaska Native people from becoming a victim of human/sex trafficking at every life stage. The first week will cover healthy attachment theory, positive parenting, and how these essential healthy development supports can help build healthy communities, thus providing prevention efforts for our families and communities. This product was supported by cooperative agreement number 2019-VO-GX-K043, awarded by the Office for Victims of Crime, Office of Justice Programs, U.S. Department of Justice.
