Sweet 8 month old dog to be rehomed

There is a very sweet puppy that we need to send to a loving home. Our housing situation has changed quickly and unexpectedly and we are not able to take her with us. We need her to go to a good home. She is 8 months old and not spayed. She is currently on a flea and tick prevention treatment. She loves to cuddle and is really loving. She is quite fearful but not aggressive at all. Once she sniffs you, she warms up immediately. She has been around other dogs her whole life and also has experience with small children. She is very gentle and smart. She is house trained and knows a few commands like sit, come, and place(goes to her bed). She will come with a few toys, food, bowls, leashes, collar, 3 months of flea/tick treatment, a crate and her dog bed. There is a rehoming fee of $200 to ensure she goes to a good home.
