First we start with a guided meditationWe will do a guided meditation/shamanic journey to meet and interact with one of your spirit animals! This a very beautiful and peaceful practice that can be very therapeutic. I will guide you every step of the way so beginners are welcome! Then, we'll each paint our spirit animalAfter that we will make a painting of the spirit animal you met! Again, I will guide you through the artistic process and help you create your own special masterpiece. We will paint with acrylic paints on an 11x14 canvas. The joy of the experienceYou will leave with a renewed sense of peace and joy because when we can quiet our minds and connect with our inner spirit and nature, we feel that love and connection.
