Re-homing sweet male kitty

Looking to re-home my 8 year old black male cat as we prepare to welcome a new baby to our household. He's very friendly and cuddly, loves to be where the action is (unless you're vacuuming!), and his favorite thing is when we change the bedsheets (so he can jump under the sheets). He'd do best as the only pet in a home as he can be a little jealous when other pets get attention over him. Neutered as kitten, up to date on vet visits, used to regular nail trimming and comes with a crate and litter box if desired. Asking for a small rehoming fee of $30 to ensure he goes to a good and safe home.
