Commercial Window Cleaner and Supervisor Wanted * Great Part-Time work

We are looking for a detail-oriented, hard-working Cleaning Technician with window cleaning experience, for a part time opportunity available. Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is strongly preferred, but this job in particular requires professional window cleaning and supervision of a community twice a week to ensure cleaners are doing their job correctly, along with some additional communication. Our ideal candidate is a team player who takes pride in doing a good and thorough job and great at communicating. **Current opening: - On site 2x per week for 3 hrs each time. Walking the sales center, checking the models along with front and back patios. - Connecting with the sales team weekly. - Handling the schedules for the cleanings - Handling issues\complaints that come up. - Working with the teams on site to ensure standards are being met. i.e checking tubs, corners for bugs. Dusting, straightening furniture, cob webs in and out, ensuring nothing is out of place. (White glove service) - Filling in from time to time as needed for cleaning (additional time and pay to substitute). - Using our fresh ops cleaning app to track supervision each week. - Keeping an eye on supply stock for the sales center, and stay homes for Shea. Plus making sure our team is stocked. - Changing out air filters in the models as needed (usually monthly in summer, every couple months in winter) - Changing out light bulbs while on site occasionally or smoke detector batteries as needed. - Reporting broken items, landscape issues, etc. to Shea Homes ASAP. - Window cleaning once per month (additional time and pay) outside windows. Inside Windows as needed. This will include the guardhouse windows(additional time and pay). Pay is for the entire scope of work. $500/month for the supervisor (6 hrs weekly) $200/ for the window cleaning (once a month) Requirements and Qualifications • Reliable transportation • Physical stamina • Attention to detail Looking forward to hearing from you!
