"Gathering of Gratitude" As we draw into the holiday season, this retreat will prepare us for giving and receiving and for connection within ourselves and with others. Take a short, three hour retreat, tap into your heart and soul and set intentions for the season. Learn ways to boost your health and well-being for the season and throughout the new year! Our gathering will consist of an hour of gentle yoga, appropriate for all experience levels. The practice will help to align our bodies, hearts, minds, and spirits toward connection and gratitude. Then we will move into a workshop to explore gratitude and intention. We will learn and practice ways to foster a greater sense of gratitude to enhance well-being and health readying ourselves to move through the holiday season and enter 2023 with greater joy and resilience. We will end our gathering with a seasonal vegetarian lunch nourishing our bodies while connecting in fellowship with one another. Minimum of 4 attendees. Maximum of 10. About Us: Michelle Sheppard, RYT-200, NBC-HWC Michelle Sheppard is a registered yoga teacher and National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach. Michelle has practiced yoga for over 20 years and enjoys sharing yoga with others in our community. Michelle owns and operates Balience Wellness, offering individual and group health and wellness coaching, yoga, keynotes, and workshops. Michelle is passionate about helping others embrace and sustain fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle choices supporting healthy aging. Michelle moved to Fulton in 2021 after nearly 20 years in Holts Summit. www.BalienceWellness.com Nanette King, Holistic Chef Nanette is the owner of Loganberry Inn. She is a Holistic Chef and former owner of her own home bakery. Nanette's food focus is on quality ingredients, and is trained in preparing meals for specialty diets. Her and her husband moved to Fulton in August and have been welcoming guests to the Inn along with their 4 year old daughter.
