Chef Ernce is the owner and Head Chef of PROGRESS in Springfield, MO. His unique career has taken him through Europe, Asia and Australia. His eclectic culinary voice and style are reflective of his mentors, travels, and and creativity—challenging the status quo and traditional thinking. One night only, tickets are $175 each with two reservation times: 5:30pm and 7:30pm. CONIFER takes reservations for tables up to four people with our main dining room uniquely designed to create an intimate dining experience for all our guests.
