Join me for an hour of conscious active breathing to release stress & anxiety, move stagnant stuck energy, heal trauma that is stored in the body and walk away feeling energetically lighter.
Afterwards enjoy brunch which will include a variety for foods and drinks.
Bring with you an open mind, yoga mat or something to lie on, blanket, pillow(optional), journal and pen, crystals if you like and or anything else that helps you to feel safe and comfortable.
I do encourage you to wear something light and loose fitting. 24 hours ahead of the even start drinking more water and eating more nourishing foods. The morning of the event stay away from heavy foods but please do not come starving.
