This workshop, for women and people with uteruses, will combine movement, yoga asana, guided sound meditation, and journaling to take care of and tap into the needs and voice of your womb, taking a a step towards complete womb wellness. The movement and yoga portion, guided by yogi and doula Hannah Jurcich will help open the womb and relieve tension and stress that is compounding the womb. The guided sound meditation, led by vocal empowerment coach Hannah Laine, will help soothe the womb and fill the mind and womb center with peace. Journaling, guided by each individual attendee, will give the womb a space to speak her needs, process stress and traumas, and come into alignment with her dreams. Please bring a yoga mat, water, and a journal. The suggested donation for this workshop is $30. You can pay in-person at the time of the event via cash or venmo @HannahLaineMusic.
