This candidate must be extremely reliable, punctual, honest, and have great communication skills. Must have a good driving record, pass a background check, and work flexible long hours at busy times. We are a warm and caring small family-owned business to work for and offer a great set of benefits! This position is labor-intensive and requires hard but rewarding work. Must be able to lift up to 120 pounds. Job role: • Meet and greet clients on scheduled jobs and discuss their cleaning needs. • Assessing the services that need to be cleaned. • Applying stain and pre-cleaning treatments when necessary. • Cleaning carpets/upholstery/tile using a truck mount system that requires pulling/dragging hoses. • Offering & adding cleaning services and company products that will benefit and provide the best care and maintenance for the client's carpet, upholstery & tile. • Providing invoices, accepting payments, and maintaining good customer relations that represent what Chem-Dry of Summerville stands for. We offer an hourly rate plus commission, daily cash, and weekly bonuses to our carpet/upholstery/tile cleaning master technicians. All our full-time employees get paid vacations and paid holidays. Starting pay is based on experience and ability, typically $15 to $18 per hour to start Ambitious Carpet Cleaning Master Technicians can earn $23 plus per hour and are allowed to keep 100% of their tips.
