Mr. Jeff Bezos AMAZON Dear Mister B., Amazon has slipped a few rungs since the closing of our Triangle warehouse. The main one: delivery peeps do not follow instructions. I ask for a 1pm> 6pm delivery time: it comes at 7am and left outside of the apartment complex without calling me. Then someone walks off with the order!! I think it is time I switch to Ebay or the 100 or more companies that have an online presence for senior citizen supplies. Oh, I forgot to mention, I do so enjoy trying to understand the Hindi or Urdu speakers of your customer service center! Thank you for the international experience.
