Reattach separating undermount kitchen to granite countertop

Description

I have a under mount stainless steel kitchen sink that is separating from the countertop. I need someone to reattach separating undermount stainless steel kitchen to granite countertop. I would also like to install a replacement over the range microwave. The old microwave is removed. The new one needs to be put up, connected and secured with screws. The building in general needs similar type of maintenance work done often. Can continue with the work on the other jobs in the building if the first one works good. Also, as the job is smaller it will make sense if you live close by to Mayfair/ Portage park/ Albany Park area.
