BURNING RED - a Taylor Swift tribute band is seeking a strong backing VOCALIST to sing Harmonies/Co-Lead to support Lead Vocalist. Experience and Proficiency in identifying/delivering essential harmonies is an absolute MUST. Experience in genres of rock, pop, dance, and country strongly preferred. Level of Commitment required? On the LOW side. We’re rehearsing weekly now just to ramp up but do not expect to keep a weekly rehearsal schedule once everyone is up to speed. Planning no more than ONE gig a month, starting in the new year. All other members have careers & families, but still have the chops to deliver a high quality product. Areas already covered: Guitars, Bass, Drums, Keys, & outstanding Lead Vocals. All players in the project have significant past pro experience in the suburban cover band & city original rock scene. Burning Red just needs a dedicated vocalist to execute the harmonies the material demands. Free in-home rehearsal space - fully equipped with PA (Downers Grove/Naperville area). We request all players are fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Actively Gigging - 36+ songs and growing - set also includes a variety of songs by artists related to Taylor Swift (Paramore, Lumineers, Maren Morris, Lisa Loeb, Vance Joy….the number of artists in Taylor’s sphere is quite significant).
