Found a sweet dog that has to be not even 2 years old alittle over 3 weeks ago, no contact from owner of any sort. Not microchipped..and skinny. He is a shepherd mixed Currently live in apartment thats strictly no dogs. Due to them circumstances I can’t hold him. I have him on wet food since he wouldn’t eat hard.
