Need lic electrician, I'm on a budget

I need an electrician to confirm that a sub-box I have in my garage can be used to power a new HVAC system (I am almost certain it can) and also to run a line from it to a new disconnect about 20' away. You'll install the disconnect - we need 40 amp for the condensor 240V and another 120V 20A line for the furnace/blower (which is 35' away in a basement). I will pay for all materials. Give me your best hourly rate to do the labor. I think it is a one day job but you'll need to look and tell me. I am on a tight budget. I can be your assistant/helper. I can send you photos or video so you can tell me what supplies we need and I will shop before you come.
