***We are looking for Cheerful, dependable, detail oriented people to join our team. Must have good problem solving skills, work well in a team environment and like working outdoors. *** MUST HAVE Drivers License and reliable transportation to job sites-if you are not willing to drive to various job sites around Orange County and the surrounding areas... Please do not apply. ***Experience with light installation, holiday décor, construction, general labor, landscaping, electrical, is a huge plus ***Installers will hang Christmas Lights on homes, businesses, trees, etc. Installers will be required to work long hours. Usually from 8am to 8 pm *** ALL Installers are required to carry, and climb a 32' extension ladder. If you are afraid of heights, this is NOT a job for you. Lead installers should weigh under 190 lbs as you will be stepping on fragile tile roofs. We don't want breakage We Pay $15 an hour for helpers, you will be in charge of holding & handing the lights to the lead installer. $20 hr for experienced helpers, you can staple lights without supervision, if you have your own extension ladder I pay $5 more $30 for lead installer. MUST be very experienced, have your own extension ladder and be able to monitor and supervise helpers. If I see that not only are you fast you're able to work with your helper to get everything done and hung perfectly. I'll give bonuses. This is a fun, rewarding job. You'll see the smile on the faces of the clients when they see how beautiful their house looks.
