I need an AFFORDABLE plumber for two days. I am paying a DAY RATE only !!! I will buy all materials. The LA Building and Safety Department is requiring me to make all the toilets automatic using an automatic flush valve on top, before I can open my school. I want to keep the toilets and buy the automatic flush valve. Is this possible to just change the top and take the tank off? I know I may have to open the wall. I have a small budget for this change. I will buy all materials. Please do not tell me I need to pay more money. This is the budget for two days of work. I have someone who can help you to save on cost. You must have all tools. You must have a car or truck to pick up materials. Pay is $1000 ( You will get paid. I am not going to pay a deposit.
