So you know - because most people seem to want you to guess about who they are: Older Anglo male; healthy; h/w proportionate; friendly; sufficiently prosperous; possibly somewhat well educated. I'm looking for a piano teacher OR somebody who feels he is able to teach piano -- and who lives close to Long Beach. I'm old enough that I know that as we age, sometimes we just go through the motions in our job -- "burnout" is the word that's used, isn't it? For that reason, I'd like to find someone who could help someone whose abilities at the piano might be described as being in the "intermediate" range -- or maybe I flatter myself........... I'd prefer a teacher, as you might guess from reading this far, who is relatively young (thereby probably getting rid of "burnout") -- say in the 20-35 y.o. range. I'm not looking for someone who tutors or mentors future concert artists or professional musicians, just someone who might help me master some of the basics that elude me. I'm willing to offer more information if you're interested. Possibly you would be kind enough to let me know several very basic things about you -- such as the information I've included in the opening two or so lines of this posting. Thank you.
