Looking to pay an hourly rate for handyman willing to work directly with homeowner and/or provide guidance on several projects. Ideally would also be willing to teach some basic skills in the process. Any combination of framing, drywall, flooring, basic plumbing and electrical, etc. This would be for help and guidance over an extended period and would be ideal for a retiree or someone looking for occasional part-time side work. Must be local and insured or willing to sign liability waiver.
