We are looking for a part time maintenance worker, has to be available Saturdays and Sundays plus 2 other days a week, 5 - 6 hours a day. Self motivated and reliable very important. Responsibilities include cleaning the establishment Saturday and Sunday, general maintenance and cleaning the other 2 days. General knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical will increase the salary offer. Everything except the Saturday and Sunday availability is negotiable.
