Enroll in a training class that you can put to use right away and protect what is yours. No educational background required! If you are concerned about your home or the housing industry and aiming to protect your assets— take this class and learn how to record yourself as a private man or woman. After this, you can reconvey your property and protect it from liens and foreclosure or just keep it as an heirloom protected for you and your family. Each training class is $50 and can be tailored to your individual situation, if needed. The class curriculum also provides you with the initial documents needed to record and publish yourself as a private man or woman. Curriculum includes: 1. 1 ½ hour private session with questionnaire based on your situation. 2. What it means to record and publish as a living man or woman. 3. Where and how to publish and record. 4. How this process allows access for protections that most are unaware of. 5. What it means to reconvey your property as a landlord. (protections, what’s involved, overview of what you will need) 6. Questions that pertain to you based on your situation and idea generation. **If you are currently in foreclosure this will require some additional education outside of the above curriculum. The Living Learning Group is a small unincorporated business made up of living men and women focused on educating the public, document creation, publishing and recording assistance.
