The Portland Veterans Day Parade is back! This year we have a NEW route and a NEW team of volunteers holding the parade. BUT WE NEED YOUR HELP! We need volunteers to help us the day of the parade for a few hours. If you are able to come and help go to www.veteransdaypdx.org to sign up. IF you can’t volunteer, come and join us at the Parade on Friday, November 11th at 10 AM. The NEW ROUTE marches north from NE Beech St (one block north of Fremont) to just north of NE Alberta St. The Closing Ceremony will be in the parking lot of Natural Grocers at 5055 NE MLK Blvd. Come and celebrate our veterans.
