Rescued dog needs a family desperately

Really trying to get someone serious about adding a new family member. Please do not email if you aren’t interested in a PIT mix. Everyone who has responded gets a pic and then ghosts us. This isn’t fair to pup and he has soooo much love to give. I’m afraid he will just get stuck here as I refuse to bring him to the shelter or put him in a miserable living situation. Anyway, Title says it all. No photos unless emailed or texted first. Also not charging a rehoming fee as I believe strong, clear communication can help weed out irresponsible adopters. I do ask to have updates and photos from time to time, sign a contract stating you will bring him back to me w/ no questions asked if something happens, and ideally I would like to do a meet up just to see how he fits in. I’m looking for an adopter for my foster dog. Vet estimates he’s a 3yr old PIT Mastiff mix leaning more towards pit side and is about 75# and counting. We found him emaciated and scared and have been nursing him back to health. He will be neutered soon and UTD on all shots including Rabies. After surgery, he can recover with either you or I. Up to you really. He is a beautiful boy and I am happy to send pictures once we chat a bit. Remember he is a PIT mix. Gray and white big teddy bear. We love having him here but just can’t provide the life he should have. Walks, parks, hikes, and other fun stuff. I don’t a yard either which has been a struggle. He has the sweetest big brown eyes. Not a single ounce of aggression or malice in this dog. Which is surprising considering the potential seedy past he has had. He is good with kids of all ages including my toddler. He walks well on a leash, is house and crate trained and comes with the XL crate and bed also. He could care less about my jerk cats and if any interest IS shown, it’s wanting to play. I have faith that I will be able to find the perfect fit for this sweet young man. He deserves someone who will love him above all, ideally has a yard and who keeps him inside.
