Contractor needed for multiple jobs

I'm looking for a contractor/carpenter to help us with a few jobs as part of our home upgrade: - Sand, stain, and finish our wood front door, also replace hardware on the front door. - Replace interior door hardware (we will provide hardware) - Do some painting and wall tiling in one bathroom, also need to replace shower hardware - Help me build and install a large plywood box for an electric fireplace. This will also need to be tiled and some baseboard will need to be installed around it. - Crown molding install and caulking. This is all interior work so we can get started any time. Please reply with your hourly rate. I can provide or rent some tools as needed, but I would largely expect you to have your own tools.
