Versatile Builder/ Handyman Needed

I am looking to hire a builder/ handyman ASAP for a couple of challenging projects: 1. SW home project - Installing Vinyl Plank flooring in a bathroom that isn't completely even and the walls aren't quite square. Toilet is removed. There is a large oval tub (oval footprint) that needs to be cut around to install the flooring. Removing and replacing trim. 2. SE home project - I have designs ready for a new exterior stair case - 5 stairs. The tricky part is the first step requires a small area of a 1foot cement wall to be cut out - the first step will essentially be embedded in the wall. I am looking to have both project complete within the next week. $45/ hour. Please send a photo of previous projects built. If these go smoothly, I have a list of additional renovations across my properties where I would love help in the future. Thank you!
