Found - Cat (West Richland) @ Circle K on Bombing Range Road near Yokes in West Richland, evening of Nov 1. Dark brown tabby with clipped ear, male?, 12-15 pounds. Very friendly. At our home for now but not a fan of the dog so can't keep. Will have to go to animal control in a few days. Call or text .
