Primarily cleaning of halls and vacant apartments, Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, general cleanliness of hall ways, stairs, and vacant apartments. Occasionally on call duties with leasing phone, also assist property manager in leasing office. ** It is a 9-6 M-F position with some on call duties. Apt/utilities/salary all negotiable.
