No resume or interview required – yep, you read that right. As a PeopleReady associate you'll benefit from:The freedom to work where you want, when you want and as often as you want. Next-day pay* for many of our open positions. The ability to choose long-term positions for steady work or short-term positions if you just want some extra cash. The ability to sign up for jobs right from our mobile app, JobStack! Pay Rate:The pay rate for this job is $18.50 / hour What you'll be doing as a Banquet Server:Prepare and provide proper and professional beverage service to all guests  Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest areas and equipment at all times including: removing empty glasses/bottles, emptying garbage, sweeping/mopping floors, scrubbing/sanitizing equipment, etc. Maintain proper and adequate set-up of bar on a daily basis Listen and respond to guest inquiries using a positive, clear speaking voice. Answer questions and offer assistance to provide guest satisfaction Any other jobs or tasks as assigned by center managementConsistently exhibits courteous, respectful, and appropriate communications and presents information in a concise and understandable format. Cooperate with others in the accomplishment of joint tasks and common objectives. Contributes to a positive work environment, fosters collaboration and provides a tangible contribution. Meet requirements of regular attendance in order to effectively complete job responsibilities in a timely manner. Refill ice and beer bins, utilizing ice making machines Listen and respond to guest inquiries using a positive, clear speaking voice, and making constant contact with both internal and external customers to provide optimal guest service Available shifts: Shift Timing -2nd Shift (Evening) and Weekends Job requirements:Ability to obtain/renew all government required licenses (Gaming Registration, Alcohol Awareness Education Certification) or certification Must be at least 21 years of age While performing the duties of this job, the employee: must be able to maintain physical stamina and proper attitude to work under pressure in a fast-paced, casino environment and effectively deal with customers, management, team members and others May reach with hands and arms above shoulder level, may also bend/stoop, squat, balance, kneel, lift and push/pull The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to a smoke-filled environment.
