Seeking photo assistant

I'm a professional photographer in the seacoast area and I always have a pretty heavy workload (90-100 shoots per year). I'm seeking a couple of people I could hire as an assistant for various shoots. Most would be for brief portrait and engagement sessions, occasionally for weddings. I would need help with moving gear, setting up lights, stuff like that. I travel around most of New England for assignments so I wouldn't mind having a few assistants spread out in different areas. I'm happy to provide guidance and knowledge, and if you exhibited a lot talent I'm happy to pass along overflow assignments for dates when I'm already booked.
