The fullness of the Tai’ Chi or Tai’ Chi Gung teachings were based out of Tibet that had to do with wholistic science, the concept of health and longevity. That if the spirit, mind, and body were perfected, you could live in the physical body a long time. This is the most powerful form of exercise that does not stress your body and delivers the benefits of increased balance, energy and health (low impact…you won’t even break a sweat!). These exercises are 100% approved by the one and only Lamasery in Tibet.
