Prepping a home to rent. Looking for someone who is experienced in prep: masking, remove blinds, switchplates and hardware, sanding, caulking, general preparation. Beneficial if you have hand tools. Must have a good reputation. References very helpful. This home is in Antioch. It is better suited for a smaller contractor looking for work.
