Volunteers needed for Stanford Law School Mock Jury Trials

Volunteer to be a mock trial juror at the Palo Alto Courthouse! Sat.11/12 and/or Sun. 11/13, 11:30am-5:30pm Palo Alto Courthouse, 270 Grant Avenue, Palo Alto Stanford Law School's Trial Advocacy course culminates in realistic, student-led mock jury trials. Law students will simulate a civil trial or criminal trial in front of real federal and state judges. Expect to hear opening statements, direct and cross examinations of witnesses, objections, and closing arguments. As a juror, you will deliberate with your fellow jurors and render a verdict in the case. High school students are welcome and encouraged to attend. (Please inquire at your child's school to see if they will receive volunteer credit for their time.)
