The Republicans have NO plans or ways of reducing inflation. So many problems with inflation are from natural causes like price of eggs and poultry (Bird Flu has wiped out almost 15 million birds in this state alone). Price of gas is totally up to Big Oil Companies (they've taken advantage of the situation and are making record profits). If it were up to the Politicians in Power, they would naturally be low. Republicans have NO more control over prices than Democrats do. Most problems are due to worldwide shortages and results of the Pandemic (something Donald Trump did little to help the situation. He did his usual and lied about the seriousness of the Covid virus and didn't do anything to handle it. Lied and convinced his followers it wasn't real. Don't need to do simple but effective things like wear masks. Hadn't done anything - NO leadership from the Whitehouse - left it up to the States. Under NORMAL conditions - that would help. Under Pandemic situations - States look to Washington for Guidance. None there from Trump. Slowed things to a complete stop in this country. Never would have had to happen If we had competent leadership in Washington at the time. So, a lot of the problems in the Country's inflation problem goes directly back to Trump and his followers not taking Covid seriously. That includes Governors that did as Trump did - nothing. Maga Republicans are NOT to be trusted and they have NO plans on how to bring inflation under control. Vote for people that actually CARE about this Country. MEGA Republicans want to make this an autocracy with some as WEAK a person and Self serving person as trump or his followers.
