We are looking for a self-motivated individual to join our team in Springfield, MA who has the desire to succeed and help us grow. Our ideal candidate has management experience, preferably in the service industry. Experience in refrigeration and/or the mechanical repair field a plus, but not required. Responsibilities to include, but not limited to: • Management and daily scheduling of Service Technicians • Daily interaction with the location Service Writer to resolve questions or issues • Managing the Open Order Report to ensure jobs are closed timely and accurately • Increasing Service Sales through current customer base, as well as new prospects • Working with Management Team to monitor expenses and improve location profitability Requirements: • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook • Must have excellent phone skills with the ability to communicate with staff and customers in a professional manner, even in stressful situations • Must be detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multi-task • Must have effective management skills - time, resources and staff • Must have a strong work ethic and be committed to enforcing and upholding the company policies and procedures *Must be able to pass background and drug screen New hires are eligible for benefits after 90 days of service: Competitive Medical & Vision Company paid Dental Company paid Disability and Life Savings Plan 401k Match Full time salary position with an immediate opening.
