Electrician & Hvac Installer Wanted

I am looking for an electrician and an HVAC installer to help me with a strip building on Norwich street. FOR THE ELECTRICAL, you will need to call for an inspection. There are additional units which will need to be done as well, but the first unit has been demoed and is ready to go. All of the old wiring has been completely removed as well as the ceiling through which the wiring must run. The walls are concrete, so metal conduit will run from the ceiling down to each receptacle or horizontally connecting all boxes on a run, you decide. We will reuse the existing panel. The ceilings will be finished in sheetrock, so the light fixtures will mount under the sheetrock. You can do this job completely on your own, or I can do it with you. Or, I can pay you to provide information that I need to do the work myself and for you to call for the inspection. If so, I need to come up with a wiring plan indicating what type of wires to use how they should be run and fastened. I can tie everything into the existing panel, connect all plugs, switches and fixtures. Either way or something in the middle, I can stay out of your way or join in. Here is what we would like to install: (we'd like to keep the existing panel) We are ok with you providing the materials or for you to provide a materials list which we will furnish and have ready on the site. Lights & switches (3 circuits) Total = 13 - 2x4 (4 bulb) led fixtures + 2 - 2way switches + 1 single switch 1st circuit = front room 7 fixtures + 2-way switch 2nd circuit = backroom 5 fixtures + 2-way switch 3rd circuit = bathroom 1 fixture + single switch Receptacles (3 circuits) Total = 12 - 20a receptacles on three circuits 1st circuit - Front room left wall + bathroom = 4 receptacles 2nd circuit - Front room right wall = 4 receptacles 3rd circuit - Back room = 4 receptacles Hvac - The hvac system is yet to be determined, and we may do a diy mini-split, like Mr.Cool. Is this something the electrician could install? But plan to wire for some kind of ac system, details to follow. 1 Water heater 1 Exhaust fan 2 Exit sign / emergency light combos FOR THE HVAC INSTALLER - we need a proposal for a unit type with either you providing the unit or us to purchase it and have it available for you to install. If a diy is easier / cheaper for you, please advise. Here is some additional information about the property. The unit is a 60 x 18 rectangle with 37x18 front room, 18x18 back room, 7x5.5 hall and 7.5x7.5 bathroom. Please feel free to ask any questions.
