Lost Solid Black Neutered Male Cat

Charlie has been missing since October 27th. Solid black male cat with a tipped left ear (he was a stray, and they cut off the tip of his left ear when he was neutered.) 10+ years old. We live in the Chevy Chase subdivision off Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. He has no collar and is not chipped. Friendly, but shy. Please call me if you have seen him. Thank you!! \ -Kathy
